How long does it take to process an order?

Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill your orders as quickly as possible.

Personalized or custom orders may take 5-7 business days to create and process because they are made-to-order.

During peak holiday season, please understand order fulfillment may take longer.

What about shipping?

We currently ship only within the US. Please allow 3 - 8 business days for shipping unless you have selected an expedited shipping option at checkout. Please note that not all items are eligible for expedited shipping. If your item is eligible for expedited shipping, you will see this option at checkout.

At this time we do not offer international shipping.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
